On January 25th at home, the Titans beat the Ramblers in conference action, 67-52.

Some notes regarding this game: The RPI had Detroit as a better team, #212 to #289. This is a second meeting and a sweep over the Ramblers this year.

Detroit stood out over Loyola (Chicago) in offensive rebounding and free throw shooting.

Detroit used its advantage on the boards to generate more second-chance shots with a total of 16 offensive rebounds to their 11. Free throw shooting paid off, with 15 points coming from free throws for the Titans to 12 for the Ramblers.

Eli Holman was the high scorer for the Titans with 15 points on 66% shooting in 28 minutes. Holman also contributed a game-leading 12 rebounds.
