Expect an exciting game at Calihan Hall on Friday as Detroit welcomes Valparaiso in a Horizon showdown. It all starts at 8:00 EST and you can catch it on ESPN3.com.

Valparaiso is in 5th place in the conference and Detroit is in 8th place. The Titans are 7-9 overall and are 1-3 in the Horizon. The Crusaders maintain a record of 9-6 including 2-1 in the conference.

The edge here goes to Detroit. Detroit has a home-court advantage with a home record of 5-3, also better than the Valparaiso 3-4 road record. However, the Crusaders are the better team according to the RPI who ranks them at #144 and the Titans at #261.
